Took the vehicle off the tow truck right in to the shop to diagnose the problem and get the parts ordered ASAP. This was on New Years Eve at 4:45 in the early evening. They even gave me a new car to drive as a loaner, now that is going up and beyond what they needed to do and greatly appreciated otherwise we would have been stranded in Montgomery until a rental car become available. I bought a 2018 Audi Q3 on May 22nd. The car was quite nice. However, though I was told and given a document of vehicle inspection, the oil did not read on the dipstick when checked, coolant and washer fluid was low, and the "Inspection Due" indicator was on when I took the car home. I felt a little insulted by the salesman when he said that the oil reads different on an Audi. I've been reading oil for many years and the oil read as expected after it was topped off. I spoke with a manager named Mr. Danny Howard and expressed my concern. He was empathetic, receptive and suggested that I take my car to the local Audi dealership (I live 150 miles north of Montgomery). The fluids were topped off and the "Service Due" indicator was reset. Thank you, Mr. Howard.

UPDATE December 2018...Another year has passed and another visit to Montgomery BMW. I called Brian Brasington and explained what I needed and from that moment it was first class service. On the day of my scheduled appointment he showed me exactly what the system showed should be taken care of for my service plus I had a recall that needed repair. During my time there, Brian kept me posted as to the progress of my car. After the car was finished he made sure I was happy with the service and if I had any other concerns to let him know. It's great knowing that my BMW dealer cares! Again thanks for the first class service! UPDATE May 2020...another visit to the dealer for my air bag repair due to a recall message from BMW. On my way to the dealership my TPMS like activated and wouldn't turn off after a reset. I explained the situation to Brian Brasington and even though I wasn't there for that problem he had Taylor (M3 Specialist) look at it for me and do a check of all my systems. The problem was found immediately and luckily the parts were onhand as I needed a sensor. Taylor got my car checked out and repaired for a safe drive back home which is 90 miles away. Of note they're taking extra precautions for COVID19. Once again BMW Montgomery has made me a happy customer. Another fine service from the dealer as driving an M3 requires special attention to detail. I was well taken care of while visiting this dealership.

As usual, the service at BMW of Montgomery was acceptable. The service tech, Brian Brasington, was excellent. He kept me informed and was very polite.

I took my car to have convertible top diagnosed and they found a couple of parts that needed replacing. A sensor that was about $500+ and a switch. The total repair would have been $1200. Once the technician installed the switch, I can only assume that he tested the top and ran another diagnostic test and he determine that the sensor was not needed after all which saved me hundreds of dollars. Most places would replaced both parts whether it needed it or not. I was really impressed. My service advisor kept me informed of everything that was done, kudos!

They do great work an very professional an let you know everything that's goin on with your car but I'm wandering why they has my car for over a week an when I got it back it was not cleaned. Usually they wash an vacuum it but nope. My car was still dirty.

This was the most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had at a dealership despite me having bought the car elsewhere. The service manager was absolutely amazing and the mechanics fixed it right the first time. Sales people, despite me being in service, were extremely friendly and had a 30 minute conversation with Madison. She never once pushed me for a sale even when I walked the lot and just gave me a lot of useful information on each vehicle I glanced at. My only regret is not having bought my car from here as they were in much better shape and quite a bit more affordable.

Service was excellent. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that not one of the service managers was wearing a mask, which was not what was promised by BMW. On the website for Montgomery BMW under Covid 19 precautions, it clearly stated that I would be greeted by service managers who were masked and there would be social distancing. Neither was true.

BMW of Montgomery is a class act, start to finish. I had to see them twice since, during the first visit, it was determined there were parts needed to be ordered. They promptly called me when the parts were in, scheduled me for that second visit, and then fixed me up 100%. The facility is very nice, offering niceties like TV, magazines, and hot & cold drinks (coffee, tea, water, etc.); however, as nice as all that is, the best part was the service I received as well as the professional & courteous employees I encountered during my two visits. Thank you, BMW of Montgomery, for an effective & efficient experience done right! I really appreciate it. :-)

Perfect stress free service experience!

Appointment at 10:30 AM for oil change and brake fluid flush. Was told 3 hr wait. Went to eat lunch and was called and told I could use a tire rotation and balance. Agreed as long as I would be out of there by 2 as i had to be in Prattville by 3. Was told it would be ready at 1:30. Got to dealership and waited. Said car was ready and at wash rack. This was at 130. 2:00 still no car. Kept asking where is car I need to leave. Tech got sidetracked and finally brought out car. It was still wet on one side and dried soap on other. Was not rinsed or wiped down. Water spots on windows mirrors and back windshield was half washed. I didnt ask to have my car washed and if asked I would have said no dont have time. Wasted more than 45 min for a filthy car. They did vacuum though. Was late for my appointment in Prattville. Vehicle maintenance service was good. Car wash not so good.

We were traveling from Ohio to California and needed a new tire. BMW Montgomery worked us in on a busy holiday weekend and got us on the road with a minimum of fuss. Luke, the service rep, was excellent.

I had Bryan help me with my 4 series. Service was quick. Staff was friendly and approachable. Plenty of snacks are there if you want. Bryan took it upon himself to clean the interior of my vehicle, he didn’t have too but I mentioned how dirty it was inside and he wiped it all down. 10/10!

...I had traveled to Atlanta looking at several 5 series...that night I stopped back by BMW of Montgomery...walked their lot found a 7 series...I was interested in buying...the next day...I went back test drove the car and my salesman was able to get me in that car...even though I had already been preapproved by another company...the general manager/finance manager was able to get me approved with better rates and payments through BMW of North America...overall I'm very satisfied with the customer service I received from the team/staff of BMW of Montgomery

This dealership went above and beyond on a recent trip we took from Little Rock to Panama City Beach. On our way there we had a flat tire. the low profile tires we have are not available with out ordering them which would have made us stay in Montgomery and lose 3 to 4 days of our vacation. The service team at BMW of Montgomery is superb! They all work together to get the job done. They are also very honest and never try to do unnecessary repairs. They explain what they have done and give honest recommendations.

Service was fine. I'm a pretty regular customer. Sometimes it is hard to get any service advisor on the phone, and they don't call you back in a timely manner. As for the coutesy vehicles, I have said this before. They should be first come, first serve. Not just 2011 and newer cars. I have a 2006. Us older car owners are BNW's cash cow. We pay out of pocket or our extended warranty pays them. The newer car owners cars are still under warranty so they don't make any money on them.

My experience was very good but I DID NOT appreciate the fact that the Finance Director (Mick Williams) was trying to nickel & dime me with service add-on's during the final bit of paperwork. However, my Client Advisor (Rodney Lefebvre), was very professional, courteous, and was very knowledgeable. My car did not come with floor mats, either they were misplaced or lost, but they ordered me new floor mats at no cost, and Rodney was very prompt in keeping a line of communication open as to keep me aware of the order and shipping status. Overall, it has been a good experience, so far.

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had car shopping. What attracted me first was the vehicle listed $5,000 cheaper than other Models of the same year WITH higher mileage. BMW of Montgomery is the friendliest BMW in the region! I sat two hours in a waiting area at another BMW about a month ago and not one soul even spoke to me. At BMW of Montgomery they start when you drive up greeting you and making sure you are assisted, even if it's just to grab you a bottle of water. They aren't pushy, just friendly and that goes a long way these days.

I have only owned my BMW for about a month. I did not purchase my car from this dealership so I went in without an appointment to meet the service manager, Jason Salter. Jason was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He gave my car a once over and also checked service history off the key fob. The car was due for full service within a couple weeks and made an appointment for my return then. When I came back for the service, I was met by Bryan Brasington who checked my car in. Bryan offered me a ride to my work since I was not waiting but I had other arrangements. When I returned later to pick up the car, Bryan was busy with another customer but another service guy jumped up to help me check out. The entire process is very nice and the BMW service department looks exactly like it does in the commercial. No one likes to going in for service or repairs but at this location at least, your not going to be uncomfortable or inconvenienced. The BMW service is one reason that I own a BMW. I recently purchased a used BMW Z4 from BMW of Montgomery. My internet sales advisor was Robert Rego. Robert took his time with me answering all my questions through endless emails and phone calls as I was an out-of-state buyer (from Massachusetts) buying the car sight unseen. Their financial department also did a great job sending me all the paperwork for a very smooth transaction. When it came time for delivery Robert drove the car over 160 miles from Montgomery AL to Atlanta GA so I can shorten my flight time (I hopped on a short direct flight from BDL to ATL) as well as shorten my long drive back to MA (~1000 miles). Great services like this are a rarity nowadays. In the end I got an excellent car at a great price from a wonderful sales advisor. I highly recommend anyone looking for an used (or new) BMW to contact Robert at BMW of Montgomery.
