One of our longstanding dreams is to see a BMW M7 grace dealership lots. For twenty years, our preferred automaker has made noises that it's leaning towards such a model, but concrete proof that they've actually been working on one is hard to come by. At least, until now. Thanks to the work of intrepid spy photographers, it seems like one is being tested.

The spy shots depict a new 7 Series, but the big give away are the brakes. The discs are large and cross-drilled--the exact kind of equipment one would expect a 600-horsepower car to have. While that's just the tip of the iceberg (the side molding is decidedly not of the M Performance variety), it does lend credibility to the fact that a beefier M7 model might be in the cards.

If more information about a possible M7 pops up, we'll be sure to let you know. In the interim, come by our BMW dealership in Montgomery, AL and we'd happily set you up with a test drive with any model that best fits.
